Chakra Balancing

The chakras are 7 energy vortices arranged along the spine and connect our energy with that of the external environment. They are therefore essential connections to regulate our psycho-physical well-being and put us in relationship with the challenges of life, knowing how to welcome the opportunities that life always offers us. When these energy centers are not in perfect balance, due to our lifestyle, stress or daily anxieties, our energy does not flow at its best. The Chakra balancing serves to put these important centers that have to do with different parts of the body, emotions and thoughts into fluid communication.

The Chakra Balancing treatment is done through an energy transmission, the person receiving it will be in a supine position lying on the futon, the perceptible sensations are physical sensations of heat, small shocks or pins and needles, or vivid images, particularly where they are placed the chakras, together with a feeling of deep relaxation.
