Anal sex is still a big taboo for many people; In some cultures it is even an illegal practice; what we often underestimate is that anal sex can be practiced both to a woman and to a man, as anorectal anatomy is almost identical in both sexes; the major difference is therefore of a psychological and cultural nature. This course, in particular, aims to analyze the psychological and emotional aspects of anal eroticism, dispelling the myths that make anal sex, still a taboo to overcome, and we will address all the phases of making and receiving anal sex in the most correct and safe, so that this sexual practice is more fulfilling within a couple relationship.

• The various positions for practicing anal sex.
• BDSM, Fisting and Anal Games.
• Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Protections.
